Honestly, I only went to have a look at a car without calling them but ended up buying it as they offered the best price for part exchange. Both Bill & Maj are very friendly, open & extremely helpful. Love my new car & especially their dealing and customer service. I have previously dealt with the main dealers but no doubt these guys were the best. I would definitely recommend them & buy again😊

Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had with these guys, would highly recommend. Delivered the car to my home on request. As with any used car, there can be unforeseen issues and the battery did become weak a month into ownership. Platinum were very understanding and helpful and again came to my home to fit a new one and the car is now running great (this was not to mention the warranty already included). Dealerships don’t often go out of their way to make sure customers are happy post sale but Platinum spared no effort
